02

Hosting

The site is hosted by Framer B.V., Herengracht 168, 1016 BP Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The house is registered with the Mairie de Chamonix-Mont-Blanc as required of providers of tourist accommodation.

03

Rates and bookings

Rates are quoted in euros, per suite per night, and include value added tax at the applicable rate, breakfast, and service. Dinner is charged separately unless stated on your confirmation.

The taxe de séjour is collected on behalf of the commune at €4.20 per adult per night and is not included in the quoted rate.

A deposit of thirty per cent is taken when a booking is confirmed. The balance falls due thirty days before arrival. Bookings made within thirty days of arrival are payable in full at the time of booking.

04

Cancellation

Cancellations received more than forty-five days before arrival are refunded in full, less an administrative charge of €120. Between forty-five and twenty-one days, the deposit is retained. Within twenty-one days of arrival, the full amount remains due.

We hold six suites and a single seating each evening, so a late cancellation cannot usually be re-let. We strongly recommend insurance covering cancellation, curtailment and mountain activity.

05

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering or leisure services supplied on a specified date or for a specified period. Our cancellation terms above apply instead.

06

Liability

The house is insured for public liability. We accept no liability for loss of or damage to personal property, nor for injury arising from skiing, ski touring, or any other mountain activity undertaken independently of guiding arranged by the house.

Guests are responsible for ensuring their own insurance covers off-piste and high-altitude activity.

07

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including photographs, text, the NORD name and mark, and the arrangement of the pages, is the property of NORD Chamonix SAS or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced or republished without written consent.

08

Governing law and disputes

These conditions are governed by French law. We ask that any complaint be raised with us first, in writing, so that we may resolve it directly.

If a dispute remains unresolved, consumers resident in the European Union may use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
